Well its official !! at least as far as I am concerned Calorie Creep occurs very easily. I had been blaming the dreaded weight loss plateau for the non movement of the scales. I checked over what I was eating and I was over my target and what is more it happened very easily.
As you all know I am trying to maintain 1500 to 1800 calories a day but during this so called weight loss plateau I had inadvertently blown out to 2000 to 2400 Calories a day. As soon as I got back on track I am pleased to tell you the weight is now coming off again and its showing on the scales.
I have developed some exciting low calorie recipes so I will share them with you all soon.
