I have been Banned by a Facebook group. The Official South Sydney Fans Group has banned me. So when I logged in this morning and found the shortcut to the page has completely disappeared it came as a shock. This Facebook page now is as if I was never there..

My Crime

The crime ? I posted a small piece saying how much I enjoyed the Indigenous All stars VS Maori All Stars game on Friday.
It was a fabulous game including the pre game war dances and cultural displays.
I simply remarked that it was disappointing that people did not sing the National Anthem.

UsIn My Opinion

In my opinion some, Indigenous leaders like politician Mundine are using this as a Racist tool. IMO Racism should not be in Sport and I said so.

There were a Lot of Comments

There were a lot of comments.And many were very constructive, but some were not so nice.
Is this is the reason I have been banned? This does not sit well with me at all! It smacks of If you cant win a discussion simply call out Racist! My original post was not in any way offensive or racist just expressing my disappointment.
